Annual production of 3,000 tonnes is guaranteed by two rotary kilns of the melting plant  with a processing capacity of 6 tonnes per campaign.
The automated moulding plant is equipped with 1000 x 800 x (250 + 250) mm flasks, moving 40 flasks per hour and able to use wooden moulds particularly suitable for the production of medium/small-sized components.
This plant has the capability to produce, on subdivided plates of 480 x 800 mm or 480 x 395 mm, individual castings weighing from0,3 kg to 150 kg with an average weight of 50 kg per flask
Every casting produced is sand blasted and burred prior to delivery and we also have the capability to carryout casting stabilisation and stress relieving treatments within the foundry.
