The Camcasting productive structure allows to manufacture more than 1000 tons of aluminium per month thanks to:

4 blast furnaces,
7 holding furnaces,
12 robotized mould production machines
1 mould production machine of big dimensions (2000 x 2500 mm)
Every single product is carefully studied using 2D/3D systems by specialized technicians that provide the engineering and the production of all moulds.

Sophisticated metallurgical and dimensional controls on the products are carried out  as well as structural checks of aluminium castings, which are made through the use of a X-ray equipment.
